The name, Franklin Moore, is a fairly common one. A quick search just on LinkedIn finds dozens of Franks and as well as Franklins. This site, though, is limited to a direct lineage of six generations of Franklin Moores, most from St. Clair, Michigan, a small town about 50 miles north of Detroit.
