The sculpture below was commissioned by Alice Moore in memory of her husband, Franklin H. Moore, Sr. (III) in the early 1990’s. The statue sits in Palmer Park on the St. Clair River in downtown St. Clair. The sculptor, Mino Kramer, is from Port Huron, just north of St. Clair.
